Fall Scouts BSA Weekend

Where: Camp John J. Barnhardt

Cost: Scouts $50.00 and Leaders $25.00

Check-in: October 23rd at 4pm

You must register for this event online. There will be no walk-ons or late registrations accepted for this event!

This fall we will be hosting two weekends that Scouts BSA can come to Camp John J. Barnhardt and participate in activities.  This weekend, Scouts will be able to do the following:  ATVs, Mountain Bikes, Outdoor Skills (fishing, geocaching, Reptiles Study and Wilderness Survival)  Note: Scouts must be at least 14 years old to participate in ATVS. Scouts will be able to earn one merit badge in Outdoor Skills area. The other high adventure areas will be geared for a activity and fun weekend for the Scouts. 

Sign-ups will be limited to 100 Scouts and 25 leaders.  All meals on Saturday and Sunday breakfast will be provided by camp.  Units/individuals are responsible for their meals on Friday evening.  Cost includes: food, patch and all program supplies for the weekend.  All participants must bring the 14 day self monitoring form filled out and signed.  The form is below.   We are not able to take anyone after the deadline date due to this

Cancellation Policy
Central NC Council has a NO REFUND Policy. We make every effort to have enough patches, programs supplies, food or whatever supplies each event requires. In order for that to happen we need to have accurate attendance numbers. Once you have registered for an event we are counting on your attendance and we be purchasing the needed items for the event. Due to this fact we cannot refund event and activities fees for any reason.
